These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of egirlhub.com (the “Site”), operated by Tenacity, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “eGirlHub”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older. We may terminate access for any user we believe is under 18.

What eGirlHub is

eGirlHub is a directory of content creators across social platforms. We aggregate publicly available information — handles, follower counts, profile photos, and links — to help users discover creators they may want to follow on third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, OnlyFans, etc.). We do not host the creators’ primary content. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators we list unless explicitly stated.

Your account

You may create an account to save creators and personalize your experience. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@egirlhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts using automated means, impersonate another person, or share your account with others.

Third-party links and platforms

The Site contains links to third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, Threads, and OnlyFans. When you click through, you are subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for content, transactions, or interactions on third-party platforms.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase on the destination site. This does not change the price you pay and does not influence which creators we list.

Content accuracy

We make good-faith efforts to keep creator information (handles, follower counts, content ratings, prices) accurate, but the Site relies on data from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date. We do not warrant the accuracy of any information on the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, branding, original written content, and software are owned by Tenacity, Inc.. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Creator photos displayed on the Site are used in a directory context. If you are a creator or rights holder and would like content removed, see our DMCA Takedown page.

Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Tenacity, Inc. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
