Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Tenacity, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “eGirlHub”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit egirlhub.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address. We use magic-link authentication, so we do not collect or store passwords.

Saved creators.If you save creators using the heart button while signed in, we store which creators you’ve saved so we can show them on your account.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymized site usage (page views, referrers, device type). Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We do not use Google Analytics or comparable cross-site tracking tools.

Cookies. We set a session cookie when you sign in so we can recognize you across pages. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not linked to your account.

What we do with it

We use your email to send magic-link sign-in codes and, if you opt in, occasional product updates. We use your saved-creators list to power the saved-creators view in your account. We use analytics to understand what’s working on the Site so we can improve it. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third parties we share with

Operating the Site requires a small number of vendors:

• Supabase stores our database (including your email and saved creators) and handles authentication. supabase.com/privacy
• Vercel hosts the Site and serves all pages and images. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Plausible processes anonymized analytics events. plausible.io/privacy

We use these vendors only to deliver the Site. They are bound by their own privacy policies and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@egirlhub.com. We’ll remove your account within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from any non-essential email by following the link in the email.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA including access, correction, and deletion of your data. Email us at support@egirlhub.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children

The Site is not intended for and is not directed at anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please email support@egirlhub.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if the change is significant, notify account holders by email.
