  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If your claim covers multiple works, a representative list is acceptable.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the exact URL(s) on egirlhub.com where it appears, so we can locate and review it.
  3. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send the complete notice to:

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material we determine in good faith to be infringing. We may also forward your notice (including your contact information) to the user who uploaded the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., the federal court for District of Wyoming), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Send counter-notices to the same address above.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consult an attorney before filing a notice.
