Who actually makes this list
There's no editorial gate beyond "we've QC'd the account and verified it's the real person." We rank by the number TikTok shows on her profile, full stop. No vibes, no merit awards.
That mixes creators you'd put in totally different buckets — cosplay girls next to gym girls next to alt-aesthetic girls next to OnlyFans-first creators with massive TikTok audiences. They're all winning on the same platform, by the only metric the platform cares about.
What "egirl" means here
We use the term loosely. If you came up through TikTok, built your aesthetic on TikTok, and your primary audience watches you on TikTok — you're eligible. That includes aesthetic-first creators (egirl, soft girl, alt, kawaii, goth), gym and fitness girls, cosplay creators, gaming streamers with major TikTok presences, and creators who came from OnlyFans but built their audiences on TikTok.
What we don't include: creators whose TikTok is a vestigial repost feed for content built elsewhere. If TikTok isn't where she actually engages with fans, this isn't her list.
